Domestic Shipping (US): 4 – 11 business days
International Shipping: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on your location)
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are estimates; Nebula Nail cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.
All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM AEST, Monday – Friday, will typically be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
International Customs & Duties
We offer fast and easy shipping. Any applicable customs or import duties are calculated at checkout or mentioned prior to order submission. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may occur once the order reaches its destination.
