At Nebula Nail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at nebulanailofficial@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return or exchange in this case, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

Please ensure that you try on the nails in a clean, dry environment and avoid any damage to the packaging or product. If you wish to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide return shipping labels, and we are not liable for any lost merchandise during the return process.

We recommend you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your item is eligible for a return due to damage or an incorrect item. Items that are worn, damaged, or cannot be resold will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.
